What if I don't even know what sublimation or DTF is?

That's totally okay! Sublimation + DTF Camp is open to crafters of all experience levels. Even if you've never heard of it, we'll walk you through step-by-step to understand exactly what sublimation printing is and how to get started. All of the workshops are broken down so anyone can understand!

Is this the same as the 2023 Sublimation Camp?

Definitely not! We have 30 brand-new workshops for 2024. There will be 10 basics courses that may be a refresher from last year. You can watch those or skip them if you remember from the 2023 camp. Your pass from the 2023 camp is not valid for the 2023 camp, so you will need to purchase it again.

Can I use the same All-Access Pass from last year's event?

Unfortunately, no. The 2024 Sublimation + DTF Camp is even bigger with 30 brand-new workshops and 10 refresher courses, plus more than $300 of bonuses from our speakers!

How do I watch the workshops?

Once you sign up, you'll get an email with the details to access it! Please be sure to check your promo and spam folders and drag any emails from Sublimation Camp over to your primary folder so you do not miss the workshop links. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email us at help@sublimationcamp.com and we'll get you logged in.

Is this a live event?

No, it is not live. All workshops have been pre-recorded by our amazing sublimation experts. We also have a Facebook group for you to ask questions of our experts.

Where do I watch workshops?

The workshop videos are hosted through Teachable.com. This is a teaching platform that allows you to access Sublimation + DTF Camp.

Do I have to have Facebook to Join?

Absolutely not! All classes are on Teachable. There is a Facebook group for attendees, allowing for questions and discussions to occur before, during, and after the event. However, it is NOT a requirement to join it or have Facebook. You just need an email address!

What supplies do I need?

Each class has all of the supplies listed. Once you sign up, you'll receive an email with supply lists for each class. We suggest watching all of the classes first so you can determine which supplies you need for the types of projects you want to make.

What if I don't have a sublimation or DTF printer yet?

That's okay! Sublimation + DTF Camp will help you understand which sublimation printer is right for you and your specific needs. Regardless of where you are in your sublimation journey, we believe there's something for everyone. A few workshops also use alternative methods of sublimation, which do not require a printer.

What kinds of projects will I learn about during Sublimation + DTF Camp?

We truly want to provide something for everyone regardless of sublimation or DTF printing experience level! We believe each workshop is easy enough to follow whether you are a novice or a pro sublimation crafter. We've even labeled each class with a skill level this year. You'll definitely learn something new!

Here's a sampling of what you'll learn about during the event:

• All the basics of Sublimation printing (led by Cori and Angie), including step-by-step tutorials to get started, exactly what supplies you need, troubleshooting tips, heat press comparisons, where to buy blanks, and more
• What is DTF printing, and how to use DTF transfers without a printer
• How to determine if DTF printing is right for you
• Sublimation on a variety of unique substrates, such as hats, mugs, shoelaces, notebooks, and more
• How to design your own sublimation designs using different software platforms.
• ...and so so much more!

How long is each workshop?

Each workshop averages 20 to 40 minutes in length. During the demonstration, our speakers will cover everything from setup to the final product. Our sublimation experts have generously provided designs for their projects that are worth more than $50!

I purchased an All-Access Pass. Now what?

All-Access Pass holders will receive an exclusive account on our course platform with all the videos to watch on-demand, along with cheat sheets, sublimation images, and exclusive bonuses worth more than $300 from our speakers.

If you have already purchased the pass, check your inbox for login details to your account (remember to check your spam and promotions folders).

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of Sublimation Camp, we do not offer refunds. If you are having an issue, however, please reach out to help@sublimationcamp.com and we'll do our best to help!
