How do I purchase access to the Basics courses?

What if I don't even know what sublimation or DTF is?

That's totally okay! Sublimation Camp Basics was made for crafters just like you! Even if you've never heard of it, our Basics courses walk you through step-by-step to understand exactly what these printing methods are and how to get started. You have access to the Basics courses for at least a year, so watch when it's convenient for you!

Is this the same as the 2025 Sublimation + Beyond Camp?

It's not! These are the same basics courses included in our 2025 camp, however, this is a more affordable option for those who just want the basics and do not need the full camp at this time.

How do I watch the workshops?

Once you sign up, you should get an email from Teachable titled "You are now enrolled in Sublimation Camp Basics". If you did NOT get that email, look for an email that says "confirm your account" in order to confirm your enrollment. If you have never joined us for a camp or course, you will need to confirm your email first!

Please be sure to check your promo and spam folders and drag any emails from Sublimation Camp over to your primary folder, so you do not miss the workshop links. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email us at help@sublimationcamp.com and we'll get you logged in.

Is this a live event?

No, it is not live. All courses have been pre-recorded by our amazing sublimation experts. We also have a Facebook group for you to ask questions of our experts.

Where do I watch workshops?

The workshop videos are hosted through Teachable.com. This is a teaching platform that allows you to access Sublimation and Beyond Camp.

Do I have to have Facebook to Join?

Absolutely not! All classes will be on Teachable. There is a Facebook group for attendees, however, it is NOT a requirement to join it or have Facebook. You just need an email address!

What supplies do I need?

Each course has all of the supplies listed. We suggest watching all of the courses first so you can determine which supplies you need for the crafts you'd like to create.

What if I don't have a sublimation or DTF printer yet?

That's okay! Sublimation Camp Basics will help you understand which decorating method and/or printer is right for you and your specific needs. One of the Basics courses uses alternative methods of sublimation, which do not require a printer.

What kinds of projects will I learn about during Sublimation Camp Basics?

We truly want to provide something for everyone regardless of sublimation experience level! The Basics are easy enough to follow whether you are a novice or a pro crafter. You'll definitely learn something new! Here's a sampling of what you'll learn about during the event:

• How to get started with sublimation printing and exactly what materials you'll need.
• Understanding ICC profiles to get the best quality prints.
• How to create unique crafts WITHOUT a sublimation printer!
• Choosing the right type of printer and heat press for your needs.
• How to troubleshoot sublimation printing when something isn't quite right.
• What is DTF and UV DTF printing and is it right for your crafting needs?

How long is each course?

Each Basics course averages 20 to 40 minutes in length.

Do you have captions or transcripts for videos?

Yes. Captions and printable transcripts are available.

How long do I have access to all the courses?

You have access for one full year through December 31, 2026.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of Sublimation Camp, we do not offer refunds. If you are having an issue, however, please reach out to help@sublimationcamp.com and we'll do our best to help!
