Do I get access to all files in the HLMS shop?
Yes, with a few exclusions. The Hey, Let's Make Stuff Club includes downloads of everything on the site except for eBooks, cheat sheets, and courses. Those are NOT included. SVGs, sublimation files, print-then-cut files, and printables ARE included!
Can I sell items using the SVG and sublimation files I download?
Yes, you can! A commercial use license is included with each downloaded item. You can use these to create physical items for sale (on your website, craft shows, etc). DO NOT sell the digital file. You can view the commercial license details here.
I've already purchased files from you—is it still worth joining?
Absolutely! When you join our membership, you get access to every cut file, printable, and sublimation file we’ve ever created. Additionally, we add new files every month so you’ll continue to get your money’s worth with the new files we add!
Can I share my login or the files?
No, the license that comes with the membership is only for the membership holder. You may share the link to this page so they can sign up for their own HLMS Club membership. Please respect our terms of use so we can keep the membership active and affordable!
What if I join and decide it's not for me?
Due to the digital nature of HLMS club, we do not offer a refund. You can cancel your membership to avoid future payments. If you cancel, you will still have access to the membership through the rest of the time period you have paid for (the rest of the month or year).
Can I rejoin if I cancel?
Of course! However, you will pay whatever the current membership price is at the time of renewal rather than the price you paid previously. So if the price has increased, you will re-join at the new price.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of HLMS club, we do not offer a refund. If you are having an issue, however, please reach out to hello@heyletsmakestuff.com and we'll help you out!
