Craft Organization Camp is a virtual event streamed on-demand from March 20 through March 22, 2025. Each workshop is available for free for 24 hours beginning at 9 a.m. ET each day. If you want extended access, purchase the All-Access Pass!

Is this really free?
Yes! All workshops are totally FREE for 24 hours (from 9 a.m. ET the day they are posted until 9 a.m. ET the following day). There are 10 workshops per day. However, if you'd like extended access, you'll want to purchase the All-Access Pass, which allows you to watch all classes on-demand for a year!
How do I purchase the All-Access Pass?
Easy! You can purchase the All-Access Pass on this page for $39 until March 19 at 11:59 pm EST. After that, the price will go up!
What if I don't have a craft room?
That's totally okay! Craft Organization Camp is for everyone! You do not need a dedicated craft room in order to create! We truly believe everyone can craft in any space, and we'll walk you through step-by-step to understand exactly how to create a crafting space that works for you!
The workshops are broken down so anyone can understand. If you're afraid they'll be too fast-paced and you won't remember the details, the All-Access Pass may be the best option for you. That way, you can go back and watch the workshops on your own schedule!
How do I watch the workshops?
We will send out an email with a link to the page where you can watch the workshops each morning. You do NOT need to log in for your free ticket!
If you are an All-Access Pass holder, the classes and bonuses are hosted within Teachable. If you don't receive a Teachable confirmation email to log in after purchasing your pass, please email us at help@craftingcamps.com, and we'll get you logged in.
Is this a live event?
No, it is not live. Our amazing craft organization experts have pre-recorded all workshops. We also have a Facebook group for you to ask questions of our experts.
Do I have to have Facebook to join?
Absolutely not! All classes and giveaways will be on Teachable. A Facebook group for attendees will allow for questions and discussions to occur before, during, and after the event. However, it is NOT a requirement to join it or have Facebook. You just need an email address!
What kinds of stuff will I learn about during Craft Organization Camp?
We truly want to provide something for everyone regardless of your space and budget! We believe each workshop is easy to follow. Whether you have a dedicated craft space or are looking to maximize the space you do have, you'll definitely learn something new! Here's a sampling of what you'll learn about during the event:

How long is each workshop?
Each workshop is approximately 10-40 minutes in length.
I missed a workshop. Can I get free access extended?
Just like with an in-person event, we will not reopen the workshop once it has expired (after 24 hours).
BUT you can purchase the All-Access Pass and get access to all 30 presentations, templates, bonuses, transcripts, and more for an entire year.
The All-Access Pass gives you extended access to everything for you to watch and enjoy at your convenience!
Do you have captions or transcripts for videos?
Both the free ticket and all-access pass include captioning; however, printable transcripts are available only with the All Access Pass.
I purchased an All-Access Pass. Now what?
All-Access Pass holders will receive a personal account on our course platform, which includes all the videos to watch on-demand and exclusive bonuses worth $269 from our speakers.
If you have already purchased the pass, check your inbox for login details to your account (remember to check your spam and promotions folders).
If you do not see any emails, please email help@craftingcamps.com with your name and the email you used to make the purchase for login assistance.
Do I have to log into the event on March 20 - 22 if I buy the All-Access Pass?
Nope! If you purchase an All-Access Pass, you will be given full access to all courses starting March 20. Plus, you get exclusive bonuses worth $269! That being said, we still encourage you to participate in the event during the scheduled days and share in the creative energy of our Facebook group!
Where do I enter the giveaways?
You can enter sponsor giveaways right in Craft Organization Camp. Some speakers are hosting their own giveaways. There is a Scavenger Hunt for speaker-hosted giveaways. Instructions on how to enter are in the Giveaways Lesson in Teachable.
Who can enter the giveaways?
Every pass holder can enter. Please check each giveaway to see if there are any geographical restrictions on the prize. We try to get as many international giveaways as possible.
Where and when are giveaway winners announced?
Giveaways end March 23, 2025 (for free attendees) and March 28 (for All-Access Pass holders). Winners will be contacted via email. You have 72 hours to respond before another winner is chosen.
What is your refund policy?
Due to Craft Organization Camp's digital nature, we do not offer refunds. If you are having an issue, however, please reach out to help@craftingcamps.com for assistance, and we'll do our best to help!
